Specialization
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the city of Chicago, and Evanston. However, I sell in all the North Shore suburbs (Wilmette, Winnetka, Glencoe, Kenilworth, Highland Park), and many northwestern suburbs (Skokie, Des Plaines, Morton Grove, Glenview, Northbrook, Northfield, Mount Prospect, Niles, and Lincolnwood). I keep current on transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable of the local schools, park districts, public transportation and local amenities.
Personal
I have lived in the Chicago area for over sixteen years, and spend my free time exploring neighborhoods, architecture, and culture with zeal. I have a degree from the University of Chicago and a long history of self-employment: first as an owner of a network consulting business and, most recently, as a Realtor. I absolutely love the work I do! My two girls, Kina (9) and Lety (7), keep me busy outside of real estate. In what spare time I find left, I am honing my hands-on skills in home renovation and restoration. |
